HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR UPCOMING APPOINTMENT…
UPON ARRIVING AT YOUR APPOINTMENT- When you arrive to your appointment, you'll notice we have a table set inside our doors, asking you to initial that you have not been in contact with anyone who has been tested positive for COVID19, have not had symptoms, and are feeling well.
OUR SANITATION ROUTINE- On top of our already diligent sanitation and cleaning requirements, we will be sanitization each station, shampoo bowl, waiting area chairs, and front desk between each client to ensure maximum cleanliness. Other hard surfaces are also sanitized every half hour for the safety of our staff and clients.
MASKS REQUIRED- All of our staff are required to wear masks while servicing our guests. We highly recommend are clients wear them also when social distancing of 6ft or more apart is not achievable (masks must be worn during all direct contact between service providers and guests i.e during haircut, color application, and beauty services).
NO BEVERAGES OR READING MATERIAL- We will not be offering any beverages at this time or magazines for reading. Spa snacks and refreshments have also been suspended.
NO GUESTS + LIMITED PERSONAL ITEMS- Please limit the belongings that you bring with you as much as possible. Please do not bring any extra guests with you at this time.
STRICT NO ILLNESSES ALLOWED- if you have been ill or around someone who has been ill, please RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. If you show any signs of illness at the time of your appointment or during your appointment you will be asked to leave immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel is not following these pre-cautions.
